7 One-Pot Pasta Recipes Perfect for RVing

Beautifully simple and easy to prepare in even the tiniest of RV kitchens, a great one-pot pasta recipe should be a staple in any campsite cook’s repertoire. Every ingredient is combined in one pot, simmering down to a delicious dinner. Try out one of these recipes on your next RV trip!

One Pot Pasta Recipes

1. One-Pot Pasta with Andouille Sausage (Damn Delicious)

The andouille sausage adds some spice and a rich flavour to this one-pot pasta. True to its name, everything, including the spaghetti noodles, are tossed in together and ready in less than 20 minutes.

2. One-Pot Chicken Alfredo (Delish)

A classic family favourite, prepared in the simplest possible way, this might just be the easiest, creamiest, chicken alfredo you will ever make.

3. Orecchiette, Chickpeas and Olives (Martha Stewart)

Thrown together from pantry staples and topped with fresh baby arugula, try out Martha Stewart’s one-pan pasta with orecchiette, chickpeas and olives.

4. Pesto Spaghetti with Summer Squash (Delish)

Bright and colourful, this pesto spaghetti with summer squash is summer in a bowl. It’s also a great way to use the zucchini you’ll find in abundance at every farm stand during the summer months.

5. One-Pot Bucatini Bolognese (Food Network)

A one-pot version of the comfort-food classic, you’ll find this version of a traditional Bolognese quicker to prepare at the campground.

6. One-Pan Pasta (Martha Stewart)

Simple, fresh, and ready to eat in under 20 minutes. Try the original recipe, or get creative by adding different meats, herbs or veggies, to create your own custom one-pot pasta.

7. One-Pot Mac-n-Cheese (Food Network)

Every camping trip menu needs a good mac-n-cheese! This version is easier than ever, with the noodles cooking right in the cheese sauce.
