ABOUT US
The RV Care Network has been integral to the Canadian RV industry since 1999, and a quarter century later our dealer network is now composed of more than 122 independent dealerships across Canada, all believing and supporting one unified grand vision.
The strength and scope of the network starts with having and searching for above-average RV dealership owners. We believe that great people make great businesses, which is where we started our building process. RV Care Dealers applied to join the network and agreed to meet and exceed the pre-set criteria that were and continue to be, focused on providing heightened customer service levels, partner program support, and a clear commitment to adhere to our network’s VISION: To be the Recognized and Trusted Authority on the Canadian RVing Landscape.
Our original concept, of gathering like-minded RV dealers, has led us to welcome well over half a million RVers into our community, providing them with a travel promise that assures them that in times of urgent RV repair need, our network dealers will be there to assist them, which continues to be a core value and founding principle. We extended our reach in 2018 by creating alliance partnerships with Kampgrounds of America (KOA) and Route 66, a US-based RV Dealer Network with 125 locations, which has embraced our Canadian RV Care customers with the same travel promise, that we have jointly branded our CUSTOMER CARE PROMISES. And KOA, offers our customers added savings at over 525 locations across North America. 9 years ago, we created and introduced RV Traveler’s Choice, our network’s exclusive brand of; RV parts and accessories, premium RV batteries, mattresses, and RV-sized bedding products, service protection plans, and our RVTC brand of medium roast coffee. Our belief in building high-value brands persisted with the introduction, in 2019, of our brand of RV Travel Trailers called Northern Spirit, designed for Canadian RVers, with our Camping Simplified theme.
Technology plays an important role in providing us all with an efficient means to an ideal experience. 2020 to this day, RV Care initiatives are based on providing that ideal RVing experience, in all the forms that experience may entail. Our investment in RVC Marketing Inc., a standalone entity, provides exclusive communication services to our dealer network, from user-friendly website development to direct customer reach-out campaigns, and easy access to our web apps. Our shop.rvcare.ca, online store offers over 1000 RV parts and accessories, to RVC Navigator, our network’s proprietary RV listing platform, where every RV Care Dealer can list a broad selection of new and pre-owned RVs from their inventories, providing all browsing customers with a highly informative site experience. Finally, in the spring of 2024 we introduced our US online store, personalized platform, with our alliance partner KOA (Kampgrounds of America), koarvparts.com. These are all prime examples of how we’re moving towards providing that ideal RV experience for all customers that are either setting out on their pathway to purchase, or ready to explore the open road.
